Former Phillies General Manager Ed Wade got stuck in a tree while skydiving on Thursday.

The accident happened at 4:45 p.m. Along the 1400 block of North Tuckahoe Road.

According to authorities, Wade's parachute opened normally, but he landed in a tree.
