Wilson Betemit, acquired Tuesday from the Dodgers in the Scott Proctor trade, arrived in the fourth inning and played third in the ninth. Chris Basak was optioned to Scranton. The Yankees are saying Betemit is 25 years old, not 27 as listed elsewhere.
