ESPN is reporting during their MLB trade deadline telecast that the Boston Red Sox are nearing a deal for Jermaine Dye.

The Red Sox would send Manny Delcarmen and Willy Mo Pena to the Chicago White Sox.

Reports out of Chicago say that the White Sox are working on a Dye extension at this hour.
