Jon Lester has one more start remaining on his latest 30-day rehabilitation assignment at Triple-A Pawtucket, but Red Sox manager Terry Francona yesterday cautioned once again that those anticipating the left-hander?s imminent arrival in Boston may have to wait. Lester is 1-1 with a 1.93 ERA since in five starts since beginning his second rehab stint with the PawSox, but he had his first shaky outing on Saturday night in a 6-2 loss to Ottawa at McCoy Stadium. He allowed three runs on five hits and three walks in only 2 innings, throwing 70 pitches before manager Ron Johnson removed him.

Francona said Lester most likely will report to Fenway Park today to throw a side session in front of him, pitching coach John Farrell and general manager Theo Epstein.
