The Yankees' come-from-behind victory over the Red Sox attracted the most households ever to watch a Sunday Night Baseball game on ESPN.

The telecast averaged more than 3.98 million households, the network said Tuesday. It's the fifth-largest audience for a regular season major league game on ESPN.
