The Mets trumped the cross-town Yankees 10-7 on Saturday to take the first two games of their Subway Series.

David Wright hit a pair of two-run homers for the NL-best Mets and Tom Glavine notched his 295th career victory.

The hapless Yankees slipped into a tie for last place in the AL-East after losing a game in which second baseman Robinson Cano made three errors and starter Darrell Rasner fractured a finger on his pitching hand.
