Yankees righthander Darrell Rasner had to leave Saturday's game against the Mets in the first inning after being hit on the throwing hand by a line drive off the bat of Endy Chavez.

Rasner attempted to throw a few pitches to test the hand but was unable to continue. He was replaced by veteran lefthander Mike Myers.
