Alex Rodriguez hit his 465th career home run and his first of the 2007 season in the 8th inning of Monday's game against the Devil Rays.

Rodriguez shook off boos earlier in the game following an error on a difficult foul pop up.

Following the 8th inning home run which extended the lead to 9-5, the Yankee fans gave Rodriguez a curtain call.
