The Blue Jays finalized a $1.5 million contract with pitcher Tomo Ohka on Thursday after he passed a physical.

Ohka could earn an additional $1.5 million in performances bonuses based on starts. He gets $250,000 each for 20, 25, 30 and 32, and $500,000 for 34.
