Manny Ramirez has veto power on where he can go in a trade, so the Red Sox are reportedly working from a list of acceptable destinations, although it is unclear how recently Ramirez has updated that list.

Ramirez is also expected to request a guarantee of his two rich option years for 2009 and 2010 ($20 million per season) before finally giving his blessing.
