David Ortiz got the most votes for this season's All-Star game, as he is one of four Red Sox players to start for the American League.

The Cardinals have seven representatives, including David Eckstein, the starting shortstop and Scott Rolen at third base.

David Lee got the starting nod over Alber Pujols, while Mike Piazza will start yet again, despite having an average season.

Also on the team was suspended Rangers' pitcher Kenny Rogers, who is currently appealing his suspension.
