The Texas Rangers have extended the contracts of general manager Jon Daniels and assistant general manger Thad Levine, according to a report.

Texas has not confirmed the extensions and details are unknown.

Daniels wasn't under contract past the 2015 season.

Both Daniels and Levine have been in their positions since 2005.
