Mark Teixeira is owed $45 million through the 2016 season, but the New York Yankees haven't even tried to move him.

There isn't really a market for Teixeira at this point, but the Philadelphia Phillies are in a similar posiiton with Ryan Howard and they've actively been looking to move him.

Teixeira has a no-trade clause that complicates anything New York would try to do.

"I'd like to think that I am still a 30-[homer]-, 100-[RBI] guy who draws a lot of walks," Teixeira said.

The first baseman is hitting .222/.323/.414 with 20 home runs and 55 RBIs in 430 plate appearances this season.
