Alex Anthopoulos will return for a sixth season as general manager of the Toronto Blue Jays, according to multiple sources.

The organization hasn't placed Anthopoulos on the hot seat. They respect the way he has conducted business.

Anthopoulos has taken heat from fans and even some of the players for his inability to make a significant deal prior to last month's non-waivers deadline.
