The Houston Astros aren't close to any deals, but appear to have softened their stance on the possibility of trading Dallas Keuchel, Collin McHugh and Jarred Cosart.

The lack of available starting pitching has increased market value, causing Jeff Luhnow to consider offers for the trio. Keuchel and McHugh are in the midst of breakout seasons.

"We do seem to have an excess of pretty good young starters so we wouldn't rule anything out," Luhnow said. "We'd have to get back a big-league piece, preferably a bat, in a package that makes sense for the future and present."
