Anthony Rendon, who was a notable snub when rosters were announced for this week's All-Star Game, says he didn't even watch the event at home.

"I don't watch baseball (on television) -- it's too long and boring," Rendon said.

Rendon told The Washington Post that he rarely watches baseball and prefers networks like the History Channel.

"I have a bed at home waiting for me to sleep in," Rendon added. "It's a good four-day vacation. We have a long season ahead."
