Barry Bonds had dinner with Jim Leyland this week, but one of Bonds' fromer teammates and current coach with the Tigers doesn't see the Giants outfielder having a chance in Detroit next season.

Andy Van Slyke, who last played MLB 11 years ago, said, "I have a better chance of DHing here than he does."
