The Mets haven't missed outfielder Cliff Floyd, but they will welcome him back anyway. Sidelined since August 9 with tendinitis of his left Achilles, Floyd was activated from the 15-day disabled list on Saturday. The Mets went 16-6 in Floyd's absence to improve their National League-best record to 83-50. They have a 16-game lead over second-place Philadelphia in the NL East Division.
