If Garza Isn't Traded Now, Winter Deal Is Likely

The timing of Matt Garza's triceps injury has clouded his value ahead of the July 31 non-waiver trade deadline.

Assuming he isn't moved before Tuesday's deadline, it appears likely that the Cubs will deal the right-hander this winter.

The Dodgers, Blue Jays, Red Sox and many others teams were reported to have interest and could revisit talks after the season.
