Galvis Can Serve Suspension On DL

Phillies infielder Freddy Galvis will serve a portion of his suspension while on the disabled list.

Galvis was suspended 50 games by Major League Baseball on Tuesday for testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs.

The loophole allowing him to serve part of the suspension wasn't closed in the new collective bargaining agreement.
