Neftali Feliz spent this past offseason preparing for a full season as a starting pitcher, but he has no problem with Texas skipping his turn in the rotation. Feliz won't make his scheduled start Saturday against Tampa Bay. The Rangers are using last Saturday's doubleheader, coupled with Thursday's off day, to give Feliz extra rest. The right-hander allowed a solo home run in one inning out of the bullpen Wednesday, and could see relief duty the first two games against the Rays. "It's fine with me," Feliz said. "I'm just trying to help out the team to help them win."
