The Blue Jays have signed 17-year-old Dominican prospect Andres DeAza. DeAza is a 6-foot-4 outfielder that weighs 190 pounds and is from San Luis, Dominican Republic. He became eligible on July 2, 2011, but was passed over by Major League clubs during last year's signing period.
