Mets' Reyes Cuts Pinky, May Miss All-Star Game
He appeared to get spiked on a headfirst slide into first base and needed seven stitches in the finger. X-rays were negative. "Everything is fine," Reyes said, adding he would sit out Saturday's doubleheader, and Sunday's game against the Marlins. As for Tuesday night's All-Star game, "The doctor says `Let's see how it feels in the next couple of days,"' Reyes said. |
