Internet reports out of Los Angeles indicated that the White Sox were interested in acquiring Angels infielder/outfielder Chone Figgins, while nationally, Atlanta Braves center fielder Andruw Jones' name has been thrown around.

"I'm not out shopping for a center fielder,'' Williams insisted. "That ought to say something.''
