San Francisco Giants reliever Tim Worrell was put on the 15-day disabled list Saturday with a bulging disc in his neck.

The move was retroactive to Wednesday. Worrell is 3-2 with a 7.52 ERA.

To take his spot, right-hander Brian Wilson was recalled from Triple-A Fresno.
