Pirates manager Jim Tracy and Jerry Narron of the Reds were picked Thursday by Houston's Phil Garner to be National League coaches in the All-Star game. Garner will manage the NL team on July 11 in Pittsburgh after guiding the Astros to their first World Series last season.
