Angels Tab Warden As New Closer

Just four games into the season, the Angels are making a major change in their bullpen.

Rookie Jordan Walden will replace Francisco Rodney as the team's closer.

L.A.'s bullpen blew a lead in the eighth or ninth inning in all four games of the team's season-opening series in Kansas City.

Angels manager Mike Scioscia told reporters that Walden would remain the closer as Rodney "gets back in touch with some things" in his delivery.
