Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera left Tuesday's game against the White Sox after six innings when he aggravated his sore shoulder. "It hurts when I swing," he said after the game. "It doesn't feel right." Tigers manager Jim Leyland said he doubted Cabrera will play Wednesday, but isn't sure on a timetable for his return. "It's not a concern in the sense that I think it is serious, but I'm concerned because I'm not sure when I'm going to be able to play him," Leyland said. "I'm going to have to watch him closely."
