The final out in Minnesota's 6-5 win over Texas on Sunday was a strange one.

Rangers third base coach Dave Anderson was called for interfering with runner Michael Young for the game's final out.

"Bad call by a good umpire," Young said. "It's a shame the game had to end like that."

"Didn't touch Dave, don't think I was anywhere near Dave," he added.

In the view of third base umpire Alfonso Marquez, Young briefly tapped hands with Anderson as he rounded third looking to score the tying run with two outs.
