Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez is unsure of whether he'll be able to return to the field on Sunday.

Rodriguez is currently on the disabled list with a strained right calf.

"I'm taking a very precautionary approach and we want to be conservative and we want to make sure we are as close to 100 percent as possible," Rodriguez said after taking batting practice on Wednesday.

"I'm trying to come out of the box 100 percent, which was a big challenge last time," said Rodriguez.
