Angels infielder Maicer Izturis has landed on the disabled list for the third time this season.

Los Angeles placed Izturis on the 15-day disabled list Sunday with an inflamed right shoulder.

The Angels gave Izturis a three-year, $10 million deal after he enjoyed a career-year in 2009.
