A woman who had previously accused Johan Santana of rape has filed a civil suit against the Mets pitcher, claiming he sexually assaulted her last October on a Fort Myers, Fla., golf course.

The lawsuit was filed in Lee County, Fla., state court on Tuesday.

A statement released by the woman's attorneys to the New York Daily News said the woman became pregnant as a result of the alleged attack but had a miscarriage.
