The White Sox and Nationals are stuck in trade negotiations involving outfielder Adam Dunn, which leads some to believe that Chicago will turn their attention towards Milwaukee's Prince Fielder. "When you're in first place, it's nicer," Sox general manager Kenny Williams said. "When you're on the opposite end of the spectrum, it's not so nice. But we're always in the same mode. It's just kind of waiting for other teams to get in the same mode of wanting to do things and be kind of more aggressive along those lines of moving personnel around." Chicago is looking for a left-hander run producer, a role that both Dunn and Fielder would fill nicely.
