Nationals rookie Stephen Strasburg will start on July 16 against the Marlins and will be placed on a 160-inning limit. Strasburg had pitched 98 innings in 2010 after going six innings against the Giants on Friday night, leaving 62 inning for the remainder of the season. "When the innings are done, they're done," Washington manager Jim Riggleman said. "If that falls at the end of August or early September, then that'll be it." He is 3-2 with a 2.32 ERA and 61 strikeouts in 42 2/3 innings for Washington.
