Yankees catcher Jorge Posada left Sunday's game against the Blue Jays in the seventh inning after taking a foul tip to his left hand.

Posada suffered a sprained ring finger on the hand after attempting to catch a foul tip off the bat of Toronto's Fred Lewis.
