Carlos Zambrano will apologize to his teammates following a dugout tirade last week involving teammate Derrek Lee.

Chicago manager Lou Piniella hasn't spoken to Zambrano, but has communicated to him through bullpen coach Edgar Tovar.

"He feels bad about everything," Tovar said. "He loves Chicago and he loves playing for the Cubs and wants to stay here."

Piniella believes that Zambrano's teammates will forgive him.
