The Mets believe they are still in play to add a pitching ace despite a recent injury to prospect Jenrry Mejia. New York general manager Omar Minaya said Monday that his efforts to potentially acquire another starting pitcher before the July 31 non-waiver trading deadline won't be affected by Mejia's recent setback. Mejia was diagnosed with a posterior cuff strain Monday. "We're not about one prospect only," Minaya said.
