Marlins shortstop Hanley Ramirez left Saturday's game against the Rays in the ninth inning with a tight hamstring.

He suffered the injury after hitting a two-run double.

Ramirez remained in the game after the hit and scored a run, but was replaced on defense in the top of the ninth inning.
