The 2010 MLB Draft is approaching and MLB.com's Jonathan Mayo has issued his final predictions for the annual event.

As expected, Mayo has College of Southern Nevada's Bryce Harper going to the Nationals with the first overall pick.

He has pitcher Jameson Taillon, shortstop Manny Machado, catcher Yasmani Grandal and pitcher Chris Sale rounding out the top five, going to the Pirates, Orioles, Royals and Indians, respectively.
