Despite his struggles, Bobby Jenks remains the closer for the White Sox.

Jenks strained his calf on Friday and worked in the ninth inning on Wednesday against the Rangers for the first time in a week.

"Our bullpen is better if Bobby's the closer," Chicago manager Ozzie Guillen said of Jenks, who has an ERA of 6.00 this season.
