The Yankees are suffering from a host of injury woes, but general manager Brian Cashman says that the team won't rush to make a trade.

"Right now, we'll deal with it," Cashman said. "A lot of it is short-term. We're going to try to get [Curtis] Granderson back here shortly -- he's resolving well -- so we're going to try to deal with it internally."

The Yankees were the only team to start the 2010 season without a player on the disabled list, but their fortunes have reversed quickly.

Jorge Posada joined Curtis Granderson, Nick Johnson and Alfredo Aceves on the disabled list this week.

Nick Swisher has been hobbled as well.

"It's not the first time and won't be the last time," Cashman said. "That stuff comes and goes. It's certainly part of the deal, and you've got to have some depth to deal with it. It creates opportunities for someone else to step in and show what they're capable of doing."
