Stephen Strasburg had another dominant outing Wednesday night, giving up just three hits and striking out nine in 6 1-3 scoreless innings for Triple-A Syracuse.

Strasburg walked two against Rochester while improving to 3-0 for the Chiefs. The 21-year-old right-hander has not allowed a run in 18 1-3 innings at the minors? highest level.
