Mets starting pitcher Oliver Perez could find himself out of the starting rotation after walking seven batters on Sunday against the Giants.

He was ultimately charged with four runs as New York lost 6-5 to San Francisco.

Manuel initially said following the game that he didn't expect "at this time making any changes, as I sit here right now."

Then he added: "Those are some things that we'll have to reflect on. We have to take everything into consideration as we contemplate and chew on it and marinate on it and see where we are."

Perez is 0-2 with a 4.50 ERA in six starts this season.
