Nick Johnson is struggling in New York and ESPN writes that prospect Jesus Montero could soon supplant him.

Johnson is hitting just .146 and has just three extra-base hits all season. He's hitless in his last 12 at-bats, but does have a .407 on-base percentage.

Montero is New York's top prospect and Keith Law points out that he's really a catcher in name only.
