Nationals prospect Stephen Strasburg will be limited to 100 innings this season, whether he's in the minors or pitching in Washington.

"When Mike Rizzo and Scott Boras finished the Strasburg deal in August, they agreed he'd be limited to around 100 IP in 2010," Peter Gammons wrote on his Twitter page.

Strasburg threw five innings for Harrisburg of the Double-A Eastern League on Sunday.
