Rangers manager Ron Washington said Sunday that Neftali Feliz would replace struggling Frank Francisco as the team's closer for the time being.

"We need to give him some time to get things together," Washington said of Francisco. "There is no way we can get through this year and do what we want to do without Frankie Francisco. Frankie will be the closer for the Texas Rangers."
