Phillies closer Brad Lidge was hit hard in his first rehab start on Saturday.

He allowed four runs on three hits and a walk in two-thirds of an inning at Single-A Clearwater.

Lidge was pitching in a game situation for the first time since receiving a cortisone shot March 30 to help boost his velocity.
