Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander feels like he's in midseason form and is ready to get the 2010 campaign underway.

Detroit scored six runs for Verlander in the first inning against Baltimore on Saturday.

"I'm not getting all excited, but to have a team that can put up this kind of runs, that's something," Verlander said. "I was just anxious to finally get out there."
