Red Sox outfielder Mike Cameron will be sidelined for a few days as he deals with a sore left groin.

Cameron sustained the injury on Sunday morning during workouts.

"I guess it's the first sign of me getting a little bit older; have to listen to the body a little bit," said Cameron, who signed a two-year deal with Boston this winter.
