The Angels have reached an agreement on a minor league deal with longtime utility infielder Robb Quinlan.

Quinlan can play first base, third base and in the outfield.

"Robb has been an integral part of this team since joining the big league club in 2003," Angels general manager Tony Reagins said in a statement.

"It is very rare to find a player with the flexibility and mindset that he maintains."
